Happy Elephant Appreciation Day!

My Mother In Law sent Raelee a box last week in honor of Elephant Appreciation Day. What a riot. We had fun reading all of the fun materials she sent. I anticipate lots of learning to come from the "HUGEST ANIMAL BOOK EVER". We got out the packet of fun stuff from Grandma today and talked about the difference between African Elephants and Asian Elephants. Raelee knows that African Elephants have BIG ears and eat Bamboo (she thought this was so funny) and Asian Elephants have little ears and eat grass.
We also had a puppet show with the puppet kits that Grandma included. Here are some pictures from that. All of her favorite animals were in attendance! Actually, all of her stuffed animals being out of the room helped me to clean it good this afternoon. Those things take up so much room!

My goodness, I think I need to bring her a stuffed animal from here - she is seriously lacking in her selection! Is there an Elephant there? Most little girls love baby dolls... not this one! lol...
She might need a stuffed Merlion!
