Happy Chinese New Year late (again)

My mom sent a box from Singapore full of fun stuff for Chinese New Year. We had a celebration at our homeschool group today. We had a lot of fun! We ended up having to do it outside and it as really windy, but we managed. I'm sure that the inside places we were going to do it appreciated the glitter and food staying inside anyway..lol

We made greeting cards with Chinese symbols on them. Those cards were so neat that mom sent..they had what they meant and how to say it on the back of them. Everybody enjoyed looking at them.











Thanks for sending all of the stuff Mom! We had a lot of fun looking through it and everybody loved hearing about your experiences there. I wish I had a better place to hang the beautiful lanterns but the borrowed tape had to work (I used tape that was already on the pole from parties..rofl) in a pinch.
