Raelee and Mrs. Diane have been talking about riding in our small town parade since probably November. Well before she got a horse. She was SO excited when the day finally got here! Raelee's friend Bekah spent the night and they worked on getting Cadence ready. It, of course, required a bath, paint and glitter hoof polish.

We had a children's parade before the big parade. She dressed Buster up in a farmer hat and brought Margaret the chicken too. It was too cute. Of course they all got lots of attention.

| After we rested a bit, we went to a hot air balloon festival. It wasn't as fun as some others we have been to but we did have a good, relaxing time. |

It was a great day but I sure am glad it is over!
